Long. 17.5 points" jancisrobinson.com------"This is also notably cool and pure with a bit more complexity to the array of red and blue pinot fruit suffused nose where floral and wet stone nuances add breadth. Like any number of the wines in the range the supporting tannins are quite fine and this is particularly true within the context of a more robust appellation like Les Baudes. 		Tasting Notes "Lots of friendly fruit. A bit simple and sweet but delivers lots of pleasure. Fine and some freshness on the end. Quite racy and transparent. Fresher than her Chambertins. 17+ points" jancisrobinson.com------"A pungently earthy nose combines notes of wood toast, menthol, herbal tea, red currant and a hint of humus. There is fine volume and muscle to the sappy middle weight plus flavors that culminate in a mildly austere finale where the wood telegraphed by the nose reemerges. 		Tasting Notes From vines directly above our heads, growing in a plot in Dominique's back garden, beneath which his newly excavated cellar lies. Broad, earthy and spiced on the nose. Fills out further on the palate, with a persistence to the length, (Les Charmes is more linear by comparison). Dominique suggests 6-7 years in bottle for the Les Charmes but an additional 2 years for Les Cras. RKL
